Day 1Day 1: Guwahati - Kamakya

Reach Guwahati airport.
After check in at the hotel, visit Kamakya Temple. [If you arrive late at Guwahati, then you can plan your visit to the temple early in the morning on Day 2]
Overnight at a Guwahati hotel.

Day 2Guwahati - Nameri

Drive from Guwahati to Nameri. [220 km, 5.5 hr]
Lunch on the way to Nameri.
In the evening, check in at the resort in Nameri.
Overnight at Nameri.

Day 3Rafting; Nameri - Dirang

Morning river rafting on Jia Bhorelli river.
After early lunch, drive to Dirang. [156 km, 4 hr]
In the evening, check in at the the hotel/homestay in Dirang.
Overnight at Dirang.

Day 4Dirang sightseeing

Visit LDL Buddhist Monastery, Sangti Valley, and Mandala Top.
[Optional activity: Paragliding]
Overnight at Dirang.

Day 5Dirang - Tawang

Drive from Dirang to Tawang. [134 km, 4.5 hr]
En route stop at Sela Pass to enjoy the scenic beauty of Sela Lake.
Before entering Tawang, visit Jaswantgarh War Memorial and Nuranang Waterfalls.
In the evening, check in at the hotel in Tawang.
Overnight at Tawang.

Day 6Tawang sightseeing

Tawang local sightseeing. Visit Urgelling Gompa, Tawang War Memorial, Tawang Buddhist Monastery, Buddha Park and Craft Center.
In the evening, visit Tawang War Memorial for the light and sound show.

Day 7Tawang - Madhuri Lake - Bumla Pass

Check out from Tawang and drive to Bomdila. [180 km, 5.5 hr]
En route visit Chak Zam Bridge.

Check out from Bomdila and visit Bomdila monastery.
Drive from Bomdila to Balipara. [130 km, 3.5 hr]
Visit Sessa Orchid Sanctuary.
Overnight at a beautiful tea estate in Balipara.

Day 10Balipara - Guwahati

Check out from Balipara and drive to Guwahati airport. [207km, 4.5 hr]
[You may also consider Tezpur airport which is only 15 km. However, there are very few flights operating from Tezpur.]
